The spaceThis home features a nice open, split, floorplan. As you enter the front door, you will find your family room and dining room. The dining room can accommodate up to 8 comfortably. The living room has 2 large sofas, a side chair, and a 55” TV for you to kick back and relax! Next to the living room, you will find the updated kitchen, with quartz countertops. To the left of kitchen, you enter the master bedroom. This spacious room offers a king-size bed, full dresser, 36" smart tv, a closet for all your belongings, and a desk workspace for you to set up your remote office. The master has an en-suite bathroom with a full shower and updated vanity. You will also access the private outdoor patio surrounded by bamboo blowing in the breeze!
On the other side of the family room, you will find 2 more bedrooms and the main bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, and a 36" smart tv. Bedroom 3 has two full-size bunk beds with a third trundle pullout, 36" smart tv, a Wii console, and closet with plenty of space for your belongings. The original main bathroom is filled with vintage Floridian charm. Lovely pink and green tile encompass the entire bathroom with a beautiful pink tub/shower combo.
As you make your way out to the back yard, you will find a gorgeous outdoor patio area surrounded in tall mature bamboo. A tall privacy fence offers a nice seating area with a bbq grill and fire pit. Perfect for relaxing with a book, or cocktails under the twinkling lights.
Guest accessYou will have access to the entire home and garage during your stay. There is one storage shed in the corner of the backyard that is locked up (for our landscape equipment and tools).
